ריהוט לחדר ילדים
התבקשנו לתכנן מיטה לחדר מתבגרים, שתחליף את שתי מיטות הילדים שקדמו לה. חלל החדר הקטן הכיל ריבוי חפצים פזורים אשר הקשה על החיים בחדר. שני הדיירים סבלו מחוסר במקום אכסון אי סדר תמידי, ומחסור במרחב אישי.
הפתרון שהתקבל היה מיטה גבוהה לחלוקת חלל השינה. מהפרש הגבהים בין המיטות נוצר חלל שנרתם לאכסון: ארון בגדים ולצידו מדפים עמוקים כדי "להסתיר בלגן". בנוסף, מדרגות העלייה אל המיטה העליונה תוככנו כך שיתפקדו גם כמגירות אכסון עמוקות. בראש המיטה העליונה התקנו ארגז סודי, המיועד לפריטיו האישיים של הדייר, ומהווה גם מקום להניח ספרים ומנורת קיראה.

CHILDRENS' BEDROOM FURNITURE
We were asked to plan a bed system for young teenagers, to replace existing cumbersome 2 bed layout. The room contained many pieces of furniture and items, together with a lack in storage space - which made life in the room uncomfortable, and devoid of personal space.
The solution was an elevated bed to divide the sleeping space. This height allowed for extra storage, both as a closet and more hidden shelves. The stairs were planned as deep drawers to provide more storage, and the top bed was fitted with a 'secret' box, for the occupant's personal items, and as a bedside table for books and light.

ROCK HAMMER
פטיש גיאולוגי
חברת רציו פנתה אלינו בבקשה לעצב מעמד למתנת פרידה מבכיר החברה שיצא לגמלאות. נדרשנו לעצב מעמד לפטיש גיאולוגים, עליו חרוטה הקדשה אישית לבכיר. הלקוחות ביקשו כי המעמד יהיה ייחודי, מקורי ומכובד - מוצר שיתגאה להציג בביתו.
החלטנו לעצב מעמד עשוי עץ איפאה עם צריבה, עליו משטח אדמה נגוחה המקבל בצורניותו את הפטיש. אדמה נגוחה היא למעשה שיטת בנייה עתיקה המשתמשת בהרכב אדמה ייחודי המונח בשכבות בתוך תבנית. את שכבות האדמה, בדר"כ פסולת מחצבות, דוחסים בכלים פניאומטיים או ידניים עד לקבלת מקשה אחת. רתמנו את הטכנולוגיה הזו לייצור המעמד, ובעזרתם האדיבה של החברים מ"אדמה נגוחה" בבאר מילכה, הצלחנו להגיע לצורניות הייחודית העוקבת אחרי הפטיש.
חברת רציו היא למעשה גוף של שותפות מוגבלת הפועל בתחום חיפושי הנפט והגז הטבעי. מתנת הפרידה של הגיאולוג הראשי הכילה הלכה למעשה את האדמה הדחוסה בשכבות שהכיר כה טוב ואשר לה הקדיש את חייו המקצועיים.

ROCK HAMMER
Razio Oil Exploration asked us to design a unique retirement present for their legendary chief geologist. We were asked to design a stand for a special gift rock hammer, engraved with a personal note. The client specifically requested an original, unique and respectable piece the recipient would proudly display.
We designed an engraved hardwood panel on which a special 'rammed earth' block rested shaped to support the rock hammer. Rammed earth is an ancient building technology, whereby earth is rammed and compressed into molds to form walls and/or various building blocks. This totally 'green' technique uses quarry waste, combined with clay-rich soil put in layers in a mold so a staggering layer design is formed. With the help of friends from 'ADAMA NEGOHA' company from Beer Milka, Israel, we've harnessed this technique and managed to reach the desired form.
Razio company is a partnership searching for oil and natural gas. Their admired geologist received as a present containing the very compressed layers of soil that he knows so well and to which he dedicated his career.
